| strolling the streets in south town |
good friday was indeed a good friday. i didn't have to go in to work today, and the man played hooky so we got to spend some time romping around the city. it was one of those days where i didn't have plans to do anything, but ended up having so much fun doing random things along the way. we spent some time in south town at various vintage shops and then made our way over to a raspa stand. for those of you who don't know, raspas are snowcones...in san antonio we refer to them as their spanish name (the word 'raspado' in spanish means 'to scrape'). it was a wonderfully leisurely day, hopefully foreshadowing an equally lovely and relaxing weekend.
